According to the terms of service, which have been stated by Google, the only texts, which can be present around the advertisements, are sponsored links or advertisements.

Clicking your own advertisements – There are many webmasters and bloggers who keep clicking on the advertisements, which are present on their own websites or blogs. Google is always watching them and such acts are considered as a serious breach of all the rules and regulations, which have been laid out by Google.
